Bio:
Jeff West is An accredited clinical hypnotist with a certificate from the National Guild of Hypnotists with a Master of Hypnosis accreditation. He is a Stage Hypnosis Master Instructor at the O.H.C. in Toronto Canada. Jeff is being sought after as one of the most ethical stage hypnosis trainers in Canada for corporate stage hypnosis and motivational presentations.
Jeff has been in the entertainment business for the past 20 years as a booking agent, professional musician, computerized lighting designer and sound technician for some of the top names in the music business.
Winner of the Canadian 1998 DJ world show for best presentation. As a comedy hypnotist he is sought after from around the globe performing over 60 shows a year for colleges, universities and large corporations with audiences from 30 people to over 4,000.
Jeff’s Ethics:
1. Hypnosis is a very natural and safe state of heightened suggestibility.
2. You cannot get stuck in trance.
3. You will not be asked anything pertaining to your personal life.
4. You will remember what happened on stage.
5. You will not do anything in hypnosis that you would not do out of hypnosis.

Arrive on time and sound checked prior to show.

Technical Stuff:
LOCATION OF STAGE
If possible away from high traffic noisy areas or doorways such as kitchen, bathroom or bar.
AUDIENCE SEATING
Audience should not be seated too close to the stage as they might try to talk to the volunteers. However we want to have them close enough to feel comfortably part of the evenings entertainment.
TECHNICIAN TABLE
Please have an 8′ skirted table set up beside the stage about 10′ away and easy access to a separate A/C outlet.
LIGHTING
Soft dimmable stage lighting.
WATER
Please supply 6 bottles of water at stage 30 minutes prior to show time.
CHANGE ROOM
Clean well lit dressing room with 2 chairs and mirror should be as close to stage as possible.
STAGE ASSISTANT
Please provide someone from your event to be available to Jeff in the event of an emergency or problem with volunteers or audience members. This is a precautionary measure……we want your event to be problem free.
STAGE AREA
Although elevated stage is preferred, SPACE is the most important factor!
Minimum of 20′ wide by 16′ deep stage area is needed and must be carpeted and clean.
Back of stage should be skirted with 8′ high black backdrop .
It is important that stage is easily and safely accessible from the audience.
CHAIRS
It is very…very…important that you supply 16 comfortable arm-less chairs for the stage volunteers to sit on. (No folding chairs)
