History
Ross Daly and Angela Cox-Daly were born and musically raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. While still in university (see article in the University of Toronto Magazine or in the gallery below. Note: This link may only work on your smart phone!), they created their vision of a life together as a performing husband and wife, violin and viola duo.
Upon graduation in 1987, with degrees in music performance, and having freshly married, they launched “The Daly Duo Strings” (see the 1987 brochure in the gallery!) as their newly formed company.
One year later, Angela secured a position with the Kitchener Waterloo Symphony Orchestra as their 2nd Associate Concertmaster. They promptly moved to the Waterloo region and settled into the community.
Since then, they have grown as a company (and as a family with three children) to be a full service entertainment agency, and in doing so, appropriately changed the company name to “Daly Live Music & Entertainment”!
