Some Important Details
Performance Space Requirements:
- Each musician requires a minimum space of 4′ x 4′. Drummers require 8′ x 8′.
- DJs require a minimum space of 6′ x 8′.
Equipment:
- Musicians require chairs without arms.
- DJs require one or two 6′ tables and a chair.
Staging:
- Staging is preferred but not a necessity for all musicians, ensembles, bands & DJs.
Indoor Events:
- Access to a power supply.
Outdoor Events:
- We require adequate covering from the elements (e.g. tent with roof and three sides, or shady trees) be provided or available.
- An indoor alternate location due to inclement weather due to performance-challenging temperatures (17°C or less for up to 1hr of outdoor performance; 20°C or less for 1hr or more of outdoor performance) and/or weather conditions.
- Portable heaters (propane or electric) for confirmed outdoor, tent events with “iffy” weather conditions.
- Access to a power supply for “plugged-in” bands, and evening events for music stand lights, etc.
